Fix It Friday--I Heart Faces

I'm bored off my gourd being sick.  My head pounds and body aches every time I stand up, and I have no energy to do anything but sit on the couch.  I am so over this cold/flu/whatever it is!

I figure since I feel ok semi-laying on the couch with the computer in my lap, it's the perfect chance to participate in a Fix It Friday by I Heart Faces!  I think it's my first time ever participating in a Fix It Friday so be gentle on me!

The original, SOOC photo (taken from the I Heart Faces Flickr photostream):

Fix-It Friday #86

My edit:

Fix It Friday #86 I Heart Faces

I used Gimp to rotate and crop the photo then I ran a slightly modified Lomo Script on it.

Do you have a specific photo editing style? What is a MUST for you to do to your photos? What is your favorite style of editing?
I don't know if I really have a style yet. There's still so much for me to learn. Most of my photos I simply do a simple white balance correction and an s-curve adjustment and that's it.
I do however, love technical editing. I love cloning objects out of photos, combining two different photos to make one, and stuff like this!

Great edit Jamie, rotating it slightly works really well.

I always sharpen my photos, I think it's a must especially when sharing them on the net.

Thanks for visiting my blog :)
