I Heart Faces--Phone Photo Challenge

When I saw this week's phone photo challenge from I Heart Faces I just had to join in!  This challenge is only photos taken with cell phones!
I rarely use the camera on my cell phone because it is such low mega pixels.  I also find the camera quite limiting and hard to work with.  I don't own a iPhone so I don't have any apps to make my photos fancy either.  I do, however, on occasion, take photos of my girls so I have a quick and easy photo on my phone to show off to friends and family.
I snapped this picture of Nutty last fall and it turned out to be one of my favorite photos on my phone.  A few days after I took this photo, I brought Nutty back to the park to try to duplicate it with my regular camera.  I just couldn't get the same look on her face and her hair flying like that again...

*I see a lot of people used apps on their phones to "edit" their photos.  A few people who don't have apps on their cameras edited the photos on their computers.  I opted to leave mine SOOCC (Straight Out Of Cell Camera) because I thought it fit the challenge better.

Some of my favorite pics of my son are from the playground. Such perfect opportunities for huge smiles!

I love the "in-the-moment" feel of this- the viewer gets to be on the other end of that seasaw- fun!
